It could be many things. If you posted pictures it would help a lot. Tell us more information, such as what type of light you are using, how far away from the plant it is, temp in room, growing medium ect..

But the leaves could be getting burnt. When you feed your plants "assuming you feed them" make sure that all water droplets are off the leaves when you are done feeding or they can burn little spots on your leaves and eventually kill them. It could also be bugs, check the underside of the bad looking leaves and the leaves around it to see if you see tiny bugs. Or it could also be nute deficiency if you are not feeding them.

Throw up some more info and we will try and narrow it down for ya :)

when i get home im gonna snap some shots and put em up but i got a CFL about 6" away from the plant i think its 23watt CFL but not posative. i had it much further away but some folks on here told me that i should keep it about 6" away. the room is about room temp my temp gun says 75-80 degrees but it can b off by 3-5 degress as well (ferenheit sorry for the poor spelling) and i actually dont feed them cuz i have really good soil thats extremely high in nutrients. i used to just water em by puttin water in the soil but i started spritzing down the whole plant cuz i thought that would simulate a real life rain figured in the wild theyd b gettin water all over, so ur saying that its bad to get the leaves wet or to keep the leaves wet wit droplets of wate on em? cuz if so that might b my problem then.

Well sometimes water on the leaves can amplify the light causing a burn but if you have good airflow the water should ether get blown off or evaporate before it has a chance to burn your plant. Burns don't occur that often with cfl's in my experience but I could be wrong. I"ll take a look at the pics when you throw em up. Are they doing better today than yesterday?
