Discoloured leaves

Hi all
I’m growing 4 small mother plants atm and they all seem to develop dry and white spotted leaves as in the pics. Any ideas what is causing this.
Also just took some cuttings and when I put them on my board to prepare them I had very very tiny crawling things moving across the board. Is this the early stages of mites?

Standard nute burn

flush with 3 times the pot volume with air temp ph'ed water

best at days end so they recover over night to continue in the morning

no nutes for 7 days then 50% less

crispy leaves is Rh check your in the zone at 65-75% Rh

bugs get fixed with neem oil half tsp to a pint spray bottle fill with warm water shake and spray every 2x days

maybe sold as leaf shiner near you?
