Bring in an electrician to properly wire a 240v line from your main panel to a sub-panel, or dedicated 240v outlet.
If you know you are going to use a couple lights, or plan to expand in the future, look into the Powerbox units. They sell them with hardwire options and "plug and play" options. The plug and play comes with a 3 or 4 prong plug on it that goes into a range plug or a dryer outlet. That will be the easiest way to get 240v without an electrician. Hope this helps -Cheif
