DIY Rubbermaid Grow Bin

Hello DIYers,

Unaware of this DIY section, I posted in the MicroGrowing section. Here's a link and a teaser photo:

The documentation of this build is intended as a learning experience, so comments are welcome. Also, it says "veg bin" but it could be used as a flowering space with just a few changes.

the problem I see with using it for flower, is that most of those tubs let light through. Maybe if you lined it with foil or duct tape.

I built what looks like the same thing...only have a shot of the plants inside it but it's the same box. I painted the inside of mine white, it's got a 23w cfl mounted thru a hole in the side and has a computer fan with dc adaptor and light trap on top. I use it for clones and veg but it's pretty light proof so stays in the flower room with no problems.
