DNA cantalope haze questions

hey there,

Just wondering if anyone has grown out/smoked this DNA strain "cantalope haze". I am after some sativa genetics and find the claim of this strains lineage to be suspect. They claim its half haze Brothers...so that means they got seed or clone from Neville or Shanti or skunkman? Possible, but THEN they claim 8 week flower. Am I missing something here? 95% sativa with a 8 week flower and its 50% haze a or c? Does that make sense or am I so out of touch...possible.

Anyway all help is appreciated and if I hear good things I will order some of these beans!

I grew the chocolope from dna a few years ago and they claim 8-9 weeks and it’s 95% sativa. I think it’s a cantaloupe haze crossed with some chocolate Thai or some shit like that. . I chopped at 10-11 weeks. thats when mine were ready and it was so fuckin tasty. I probably could’ve waited another week but I was happy with the results. everyone who hit the chocolope talked about a great the taste was. DNA got some tasty strains

Interesting. I have smoked chocolope and chocolate fondue from them and I agree they are very good. So I guess the 8-9 weeks on flower for these sativas is just a estimate on the minimum amount of time one could even consider cutting them. That's how I am gonna take it, and I will expect 10-12 finishes. I am going to order some cantalope haze!

I grew out DNA's Cannalope Haze, not impressed but I have to add a disclaimer; I'm not the best grower in the land, that's for sure. lol You may have better results. I was using fabric pots back then and had some drainage issues if I recall correctly.

So stunted growth? Low yeild im guessing if you had drainage issues? Did it go so far as to get root rot type problem? Just curious, what did you transition into after fabric pots?

Just started a couple of cannalope haze. One of them is double size than the rest 5 seedlings at day 11! CHAMPION! Stooooked

Did you get em?

Read a while back that it was a Cinderella 99 or cross renamed

I am having issues getting them in but I have them on special order. I got a bunch of sativa strains from MR.NICE though. Let me know how yours turn out, hopefully I get my beans within the month.
