If the grow is 100% QUALITY Organic ( 80% plant matter/ composting ; 180-200° F heat up in 3 days
,raw humus in14 days
That's what I mean when I state QUALITY 
When you have quality grows for one THERE ARE NO F. BUGS, MOLDS OR MILDEW
AND BENEFICIAL INSECTS WILL APPEAR FOR A VISIT, THERE ARE NO BUGS BUT A SURROUNDING POISON FREE. I'VE HAD LADYBUGS AND PRAYING MANTIS LAY EGGSOrganic PYRETHRIN ( Mankind's GOOD introduction too OUR planet joy lol

I can only speak to the predatory mites in my soil (Hypoaspis miles). I added them to my soil three grow's ago and I re amend my soil each run, this last time my soil was very hot to the touch after amending it. It seem to take a couple weeks for the mites to bounce back but I think they like all the amendments as the population always comes back stranger than ever a few weeks after. So I suspect most of your beneficials will be fine, unless you are talking about cooking in an oven, then it should kill almost everything.
I think I read somewhere a while back that nematodes need to have a host to survive / reproduce. So once they are done their job they die off and need to be re applied.

In a container none of these will survive long term. Worms, soil mites, and mostly everything else can live for awhile in a cool dark tote bin but once inside a hot bloom room under intense lighting their populations slowly diminish. If you are talking about 30 days cook time a living soil will remain that way in optimal conditions for quite some time. After several weeks of exposure to high temps and/or humidity all bets are off...most do not make it through a full bloom cycle. Either way recycling the mix by adding fresh compost will replenish the micro herd along w/beneficial mites and whatnot... I find lots of tiny nematodes and mites in my compost bin that disappear by harvest time. Just adding fresh ewc straight from the bin gets things hoppin again quickly.
