Do COB LED & CFL growers have fewer issues w/spider mites than HPS growers?

This is my theory by Miss Anne Elk - this is my theory that is mine.

1. COB LED growers and CFL growers have fewer issues with spider mites versus HPS growers. The little bastards like dryness and heat and usually show up at the end of flowering. This is when the plants are closest to those dreadful HPS lights that are like microwaves. COBs and CFL are much cooler and have less issues.

2. COB LED and CFL growers using hydro have even fewer issues with spider mites than soil growers.

I am curious of COB LED growers have found this to be the case?

If an environment supports cannabis growth it supports mite growth.. this has been my experience.. not theory!!

I would agree. Ive 13 years experience with hps and 2 years with led. Definitly less mites with led.

Theres less radiant heat coming from the fixture so the leaves dont get over heated. Thats usually where the problem starts.

Stop it please. With all due respect, you just lied to every motherfucker that reads this thread. There have been countless of grows on this site with leds and spider mites. One very recently that the whole world was watching with Tahoe OG and cob led. So to the OP please don't grow with that in mind. Keep safe to what we all know to keep mites out of our garden.

Pretty sure the lights have nothing to do with bugs infecting your grow space. You LED users come up with the wildest shit.
