Do I combine FF nutes and then pH the water?

Soil grow, White Widow Auto. Nutes are Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom. Do I add both nutes to the gallon, and then use pH up/down to get the pH correct and then feed?

It's been years, but I'm 1000% sure I added both to the gallon and then pH'd. But now I'm doubting myself.

Mix the nutes then adjust the PH
