do i need a light upgrade?

this is my first grow and it going good i have been growing this plant for about two months now im 4 weeks into flowering and a couple of bud spots are starting to appear but i dont know if i need more lights i currently have one 5000k 14w cfl the swirly kind and a lamp that has the long cfl lights these are 6500k 27w do i need more lights i want a decent yield please help

If your going with cfl, go with 100 real watts, ( i see your posting those, nice ), and when you go to to fruit, (12 on 12 off ), i would add at least 100 watts of 2700 and if you get 2 females add an extra 100 to 150 watts for 2 plants app 4 ft tall, ( you will get a foot of growth between veg and fruit). If you get both males?? sucks and sorry dude, if you get one, your 150 watts will do one plant. Make sure you have lights right up on the plant like 1-2 inchs away.. good luck!
p.s. yes the 600 hps would be nice, but there is a ton of heat, electric bill, venting, $$$$$. but it is the best way to go if you have the funds and room. :+)

That is terrible for 4 weeks of flowering. I had bud spots after like 5 days of flowering.
