Do i need a really need a carbon filter for my grow tent for a successful grow?

WHAT'S UP ROLLITUP!!

I GOT SOME QUESTIONS TO ASK. I JUST GOT MY TENT TODAY IN THE MAIL AND I SET IT UP. I'M GETTING MY LIGHTS TODAY. I PRETTY MUCH HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED. I HAVE A FAN THAT CAN KEEP THE TENT COOL AND NOT TO HOT. I DON'T HAVE MONEY FOR A ODOR CONTROL FILTER, BUT THEN AGAIN I REALLY DON'T NEED A FILTER FOR THE ODOR BECAUSE IT'S ONLY FOR ONE PLANT AND MY FOLKS WON'T KNOW WHAT THE SMELL IS ANYWAY.
SO THAT BEING SAID, DO I STILL NEED THAT CARBON FILTER?
ALSO, IS AN EXAUST FAN A MUST??
I'M ON A TIGHT BUDGET, HAD A LOT OF BILLS, SO I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY FOR THE FILTER OR THAT EXHAUST FAN.
I'M PLANNING ON GETTING THE PH METER BECAUSE I'M PLANNING ON DOING A BUBBLEPONIC SYSTEM I HAVE SET UP.
NUTRIENTS ARE ON THEIR WAY. WHAT ELSE AM I MISSING.
I NEED ANY ADVICE YOU GUYS HAVE TO OFFER.

THE TEMPERATURE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE IS ALWAYS AROUND 76-79 DEGREES. IS THAT AN OK TEMP FOR THE HOUSE IF I HAVE THAT TENT? THE HOTTEST IT'LL GET IN MY PART OF FLORIDA IS IN THE 90'S, BUT THE HOUSE IS COOL CUZ OF THE A.C.

THE LIGHTS THAT I ORDERED ARE CFL BULBS 2700K & 6500K 100 WATT EACH. I CAN ONLY RUN 1 OF THEM NOW BECAUSE I ONLY HAVE 1 LIGHT FIXTURE UNTIL I GET ANOTHER. ARE THOSE OKAY TO START OUT WITH FOR ONE GROW UNTIL I CAN GET ALL THE GOOD STUFF??

WHAT TEMPERATURE SHOULD THE INSIDE OF THE TENT BE ALWAYS?

ALSO, IS AN EXAUST FAN A MUST?? it is good to have the air circulating in your growspace. you can get away with passive intake vents and a small CPU fan for exhaust

WHAT TEMPERATURE SHOULD THE INSIDE OF THE TENT BE ALWAYS? try not to let it go over the mid or high 80s

As for the smell, i have other solutions that can be temporary until i can afford the filter.
The food i bought was something that someone told me for groing hydro. It's called the "kit for success" by technaflora. I was told that has everything that you will need to grow hydro. Good for beginners i'm told.
The lights are 100w each.

I'm also waiting on my seeds i ordered. "blue mystic" by nirvana seeds, and a freebie they gave me, i just forgot the name. Here is a pic of the inside of the tent.

Also, in regards for the air circulating inside the tent, will having 2 fans blowing from the sides (outside tent) and one blowing from the top? There are these mesh looking things i guess that allows for fresh air to get in on the bottom left & right sides outside. I have this tent in my closet because it is the safest place.
