Do i need extra nutes (first time)

I am groing my autoflower sour diesel for the first time and i am very confused reading various things on google. my soil says it has adequate amount of NPK nutes in it.
and currently my plant is on veg stage week 2. do i need to add extra nutes in it or NPK in it? or should i keep on giving Ph balanced water till the harvest

please help me i am very confused.
