I'm running ebb and flow, 6" rockwool over 1 1/2" coco mat @ 18-6 right now and it's time to flip to 12-12 do I need to flush before changing the light and nutes? I'm running GH 3 part flora, Thanks for any input
Flushing when useing a system like ebb and flow or any hydroponic system is not has nessessary has flushing when useing coco or soil i would def flush because there is more chance of excess nutrients been held in the medium when useing these two mediums.
Do I need to change to ph water only in the res for a few days or just water the tops of the rock wool cubes to flush them as I don't think the coco mat will hold much nutes over? Thanks
