Do ozone generators damage carbon filters?

After each harvest I blast my grow room with ozone to "sanitize" it. Then vent the ozone and do not enter the room for 12hrs. If I leave my carbon filter running in the room while the ozone generator is running, does that damage the life of the carbon filter? Any conclusive tests on this? If it doesn't damage it, I would prefer leaving the filter in the room to save a step, especially if it's pointless.

I`ve got a hydrogen trioxide generator and the vendor told me to ditch the carbon filter because the carbon absorbs the H trioxide.

Curious how you guys run your ozone generators and not be around. Do you just stop breathing when you turn it on and off or is there timers. To act like a fuse for dynamite?

I had gotten PM on a clone and it spread to all my plants. I cleared my whole garden and everythjng is thrown away. Obviously I want to keep all my grow equipment so the plan was to put everything in the room and blast it to try and kill any PM spores that may be on the equipment.

How does it react with grow lights and metals and plastics?

Was thinking of a sulfur burner but then I have sulfur dust everywhere
