Do Stores Sell Seeds?

I can't purchase them online, therefore i have to look for an alternative. Do they sell the seeds at stores ? and do you have to be of certain age limit ? thanks .

I have never heard of a store in the us selling seeds. i know california sells clones.. guessing places (states) with dispensaries also would sell clones. again, never heard of a store in the us selling seeds. they do in canada though.
