do suger leaf trich turn amber before the buds?

Like the title says, I have noticed lots of amber trichs 20% or so on the suger leaves but the rest of the bud has 0 amber anywhere. Is this normal or perhaps just the strain. I used a little magnifier that came in a goodie bag or id post pics
