so i been reading about the feds wanting records of caregivers in MI. being a caregiver myself, this frightened me. im doing everything by state law, but i am aware that this is still federally illegal. part of the reason why i dont grow at my house. they raid me they will find nothing but paraphernalia. and if they come to my house before identifying themselves, i will be very tempted to fire shots. i have several legal semi auto rifles. never got to test them out on thieves yet. but i testing them out on the dea fucks would look just as pretty decorating my doorway. forgive me for my obsession with guns and wanting to use them legally by law on people i dont like.
anyways back to the point, from my understanding the hippa act seems pretty complicated, but im told the hippa act is supposed to protect the privacy of everyone's medical records. does this also protect everyones medical marijuana records? if so doesnt this contradict the federal government's needs? i for one, would never trust the intention of the dea. they along with other anti drug orgs are as corrupt as some of the people they bust. guess im glad mi has a law where you can shoot people that break into your house as long as it's not in the back.
