Do these look ok

My ladies are roughly 3 weeks old and I was just wanting some feedback on how they coming on. Personally I think they are a little small and way too leafy, compared to my last one that is. Excuse the slight droopyness they had just received their second topping prior to these photos. Like I said people any advice or input would be muchly appreciated.

Cfls can make the internodes very short like this, try a mh to stretch them a bit more.
