Do you defoliate outdoor plants?

Hello! Do you defoliate outdoor plants? If so, how? Any specific technique? How much do you take out? Please share a pic of your plants if possible!

For outdoor I dont unless in flower i see leaves resting on the buds. I then remove them because air flow is key

Use beneficial bugs in your soil and your plants frol the get go. Use neem as a preventative all throughout the veg stage.

Use a leaf blower after a rain and any time there is dew on your plant. Use silica throughout all of veg. Spray a organic fungicide weekly.
