If your guardians at a young age didn't love you, you wouldn't be here. And we're social creautres, I'm not sure if we need love, but it sure as hell is beneficial to us.

yeah, i could use some lovin in my life. i think i would be a better person. but people have shown me a lot of fake love, or what i think love is. and therefore it seems everytime u love someone it leads to shit after a while. they become controlling, abusive, etc.
love to me is an unconditional understanding that u should help each other have a nice life.

I think they are. They both overwhelm you when either of the two in gulf your thoughts or feelings.

But every emotion overwhelms you.. All emotions make you feel, but that's the only thing they have in common. If we go by that, then anger is like love.. Sadness is like love.. Just doesn't make sense.

Love and hate work together in a team when it comes to human interaction.. But they aren't the same. When people say "love stinks" they aren't talking about love because love is what makes you feel all happy. They are talking about everything else that tags along with love (hate). Love is the bait and hate is the hook.

Same: They come from the brain. They're both classified as emotions. They both can cause physical effects on the body and mind. Ummm.. too high to think further lol.
Different: One is usually seen as a positive and the other a negative. One causes positive effects on the body and mind while the other causes the opposite. This probably won't make sense because I suck at explaining things, but love leads to emotions that hate doesn't lead to. Love directly leads to joy. Hate doesn't lead to joy.. So they gotta be different in that sense. But that may just be part of one causing negative effects while the other cause positive effects. If you don't get what I'm saying, ignore the red text lol.
But there has to be more stuff that's different between them. Why is one called hate and the other called love if they're the same thing?
