It looks overwatered and abused
What should I do ?
I water every other day
My light is 100 watts it’s about 24inch away
It’s straight coco coir no nuts yet

Take his advice feed it and treat it like coco but move the light closer
We aren’t going to be able to help you if you can’t even get thru the seedling stage
Or at least I’m not
Yea I understand I’m new to this it’s my first grow that’s why I’m using autos it’s supposed to be easier they say I appreciate the advice should I feed it now or tomorrow ?

If you've been over watering might as well water one more time with some food then try to get it right. You'll have days to read

Didnt even see the (only 2 weeks old part) thought it was a few days sprouted just by pics. With it being an auto and stunted that bad id soak a new seed.

Does cup have drainage holes ?
Looks like coco - so you can feed a light 200 ppm feed thru it. If you are skiddish about full coco run , you can still run cup as is until ready to transplant then bury whole cup as a plug ( minus cup of course ) into a container of bagged soil medium.
Or continue on ……

They're starving.........feed the poor things.
And do some research on how to grow in coco.
Contrary to the myths........autos are not easier.
You've already lost 2 weeks of growth..........it will affect the yield (if you make it that far).
2 weeks from sprout in coco for a comparison.
