i only hagle at flea markets when i know the products are stolen or illegal, do i vote yes or no lol
this 1 headshop near where i live over charges sooooooo baaaaaaad, like $20 for $10 spoons and $40 for simple small bongs, but practically across the street theres a gas station that sells evrything for a really good price

i only haggle in mexico as it's part of the culture. i don't like doing it so i just pay up. I have a 15% discount card for my headshop though. They give them out with the real big orders.

thats how it is at the place that over charges next to where i live, but then the other place has a nice shelf and you look at what you want to buy and they some times try to give you a deal on blunt wraps, 6 for 5$ and trys sellin me this giant grinder for $100, has to be for grinding 2 oz or some shit, and a scale that looks like an i phone

The shop I go to nothing has a price on it, you just ask the guy and he gives you a number. He blows his own glass right in the middle of the shop and makes all his shit really good. I remember the first time, when I was just buying a pipe, he took it and threw it on the floor to show me its hard to break.
But I always haggle, some people aren't comfortable doing it though I realize.

My brother told me something similar like that, his headshop was advertising some like indestructable pipes and to prove it to him the guy whipped it at the wall haha. Hes had the thing for like 5 years so its living up to its name.

Just because a pipe can be thrown and not break, doesn't mean you should do it. Over time these stresses add up.
Any pipe shops/blowers that throw pipes are retarded. Never buy from them.
A thick/well made pipe is tough. Everyone knows pipes made from borosilicate glass are strong but not indestructable.
I blew glass for 6 years and haggeling is fine. Just don't be pushy.

I only haggle when I go to Venice because it's so unbelievably easy and because if I go to local head shops it's because I probably just need a little bowl or something. But considering $100 bucks worth of glass could make a fuck ton of pipes and bongs... they have such a huge market.
