do you think the legal cannabis industry wages are unethical low

i been replying to employers for deliver jobs but notice most just dont offer enough of a wage to even cover gas. most deliver driver jobs are part time but that doesnt mean you cant make some real money if you stay behind the wheel. my current rate is 23.4375 % on a pound. i ask about 300 a day for a 10 hour shift on a 1280 pound. im not saying i demand a daily wage but if im moving a pound a week for you,seeing dozens of people,chasing them down, getting short change by a dollar from the ghetto community and going to people door step. all while using my own car,paying my own phone, and paying insurance plus repair cost. tires pop all the time like all the time in the middle of a delivery you could have car problems and be left homeless till you fix your car. im i being too aggressive or just asking for a fair wage for my services ?
