Do you use, like, 660+730 infused strips & boards

Last year i though just wait. There will be a threat. But it seem to be not, or i dont find it
.

What is your experience with 660nm infused leds
And what ist your experience with 660+730 infused leds?

I really want to know how it works, but didnt have the money to test ;)

About 660nm i just herd it make the buds bigger and led compact.

About 660+730 i just heard ,its good for vegatativ state, but during flower i have no information (dont know anybody that used it :(

I just put a small bulb from ebay in my set up wit a little blue Red and uv (b×8 red×16 uv×2 and just 5watt Total, cheep cheep quality)

I have some far and deep red integrated into my quantum boards. I also run 2 660nm and 2 730nm bulbs. I didn't start using them til I flipped to flower, at which time the 730nm would come on 3 minutes before lights out, and run for 7 more minutes (helps put them to sleep), then 7 minutes before lights on my 660nm would kick on for 10 minutes. Once stretch was done and I hit week 3 of flower, I started running during the entire day period, as well as continuing to run 7 mins before/after lights. I don't really have anything to compare to as this is my first time, but from the research I did, I think I am inducing the Emerson effect? lol. Regardless, for my first grow, I am blown away. Pretty big colas, about the size of a spring water bottle, and lots of them. Plenty of headroom as well so they didn't stretch like crazy. I have another tent going with no additional far/deep red lighting, just whats on the quantum boards, I am waiting to see if I notice a big difference in bud density, size etc. Not sure if this will help but wanted to share my experience. I dove right into the concept.

It is not the added 730 that caises stretch, but the proportion of 660 and 730. If you add reds 4:1 660/730 you shouldnt see any stretch.

In the grow inwork with we are currently looking at different reds but this first go was a bit of a trainwreck with multistrain, all from seed, with very uneven cannopy so no reliable results.

That Sound like a nice set up, is that your forst grow eher or do you switched from hps to led?

And that you say you Use the 730 an dont have to much strech is awesome, thats what iam afraid of.
But your buds seem to be porn ;) Never seen These big size Colas under led ,my smaler then hps but mutch more dense/compact

I woild love to see a pic of that Cola;)

Oh yes, moat Times i go multistrain ;)
I got some New genetics and want to test them all and emidentliy;))) right now ( mac1 capulator cut, gelato 45, amnesia l.a, Gorilla glue ,inzane in the membraine and chem91 )

Normaly i do 2-3 strains


Do you think Aldingen 660&730 at 4/1 make the buds b8gger and a bit less compact?

I can't see any mad stretch in late veg, early flowering with 3:1 ratio red, far red and I probably do flowering a bit arse about face with the led spectrum.
Instead of using the red spectrum at the end of flower I use it at start.
I late veg and early flower with the enhanced red, far red spectrum up to day 30 ish of 12/12 so stretch is well finished by then. Then move them to another area with mostly white diodes, a mix of 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000k for 5/6 weeks to finish.
I must get around to swapping the grow room lighting around were the whites get used for first 4 weeks of flower and I use the red, far red for the last 5/6 weeks. See if there is any difference.
If that makes any sense lol

Are your flowers very dense, compact and hard
Or do the get a bit softer and bigger(volume)
Wirh the Extra red+far..

The wrong way around - ie the reds should probably be used at end part of flowering.
Who knows. I was just experimenting to see if I would get an excessive amount of stretch in early flower. I didn't.
The plants I've flowered to the end of flower with white, reds, far reds + uv boards didn't seem much different to the ones finished under white only.
The bud structure is always dense in structure whether with just white or white enhanced diodes.
