Do young cannabis leaves contain CBD?

Just wondering if the leaves of an indica plant in late veg. stage would have any cannabidiol (CBD) or other cannabinoids. . .

I'm talking out my arse here but I'm pretty sure it's just the buds themselves which contain any significant amount of anything.

I know that the THC trichomes on the buds degrade into CBD over time, but I read somewhere that most of the CBD produced by the plant is in the leaves. My question is, how far into growth does the plant start to produce that CBD?

Anyone want to shed some light on the subject?
