Documented depression/anxiety an accepted chronic illness for a card?

I guess the title says it all. Anyone know? I won't spend the 75 - 100 bucks if I won't get it.

There are no guarantees. If your reasons are legit to a doctor and he gives you the recommendation, that is only one step. It gets sent to the state where a panel reviews it and then they accept your money order if your legit. Then they take a couple weeks to print you a card. Takes around 2-3 months its not a speedy process, nothing is with the state. At least that's how it was a year ago.

Sorry, anxiety nor depression are currently on the list for acccepted uses of mmj. I would have gotten my card for either one of those reasons. But its not chronic illness its chronic pain. I was able to get mine for constant joint pain which is chronic pain although I still use it for anxiety/depression. Take it as you will.

Do the medications you take for those conditions cause nausa? Do you take anything for it?
I'm on two different meds, but no nausea. There are a few other unpleasant side effects that the cannabis helps, but nothing covered by the card. <sigh>

Thanks for the info guys, it's much appreciated.
