i got them.. used them for a while that was my second grow and all went well.. i didnt really get to monotor progress with the tabs, but it did no harm..

i was taking to a guy in a grow shop bout it and he was thinkin it was a sham cause co2 is ment to b absorbe by the leaves not the roots..
but i guess maybe it can bring up co2 from roots.. or else mist your plants when the stamota is open with your co2 water..

also sugar, 1 pack of bread yeast and into a 2 L milk contaniner filled with warm water.. some more co2........:peace::peace:

I have been really curious about these things and I plan on picking up a pack of em soon, to do some experimentation. Has anybody been using these with any results. It seems like a pretty sound concept, but they make not really work in practice. New! 100 Co2 Tablets: Basement Lighting Hydroponics and Plant Grow Lights

What do you all think? Snake oil or gold?
Looks like a complete scam. There is no benefit to adding carbon dioxide to soil not to mention that carbon dioxide is heavier than air so where is the CO2 going to go? I doubt that these little tablets could give of enough CO2 to be photosynthetically usefull. Roots do not need carbon dioxide, they need oxygen.

what about CO2 tablets in a container suspended above the plants? maybe some automated way to drop 1 in every 12 hours or something of the sort?

Seems difficult to get a definitive answer on anything. I've been told the plants can accept co2 through their roots, so have used two co2 tablets a day during the second half of my grow, will let you know. The point about air is well made, since i added and air pump and stone to my water tank, directly in front of my water pump, my grow was massively better. If anybody has had success or failure with these tablets can they let me know because i'man impatient motherf**ker
