Yes, Pukka and Doggies Nuts are one in the same.
A few years ago Doggies Nuts bought Pukka; lock, stock, and barrel.
Look at both of their selections of seeds, notice all the similarities in strains.
They were just going to phase Pukka out and stop selling seeds under that brand name.
Apparently, they realized they could rake in even more cash if they kept using that name since it was trusted and Doggies was not.
So if a grower thought "Those Doggies Nut seeds are too expensive, I'm going with the established and reliable Pukka.", unbeknownst to them, there still putting their money in Doggies coffers.
Noobs that think the most expensive strains are the best will go with Doggies, older and more experienced growers might pick Pukka; either way they've got your money.
Although, the Pukka branded seeds are becoming harder and harder to find, so maybe they are finally phasing them out.
My advise, if you're this unsure about the company (or companies) reputation this much, pick a different breeders seeds to buy.
