Does anyone know what this deficiency is? And is she ready?

My plant is about 2 months old and has been flowering for about 1 month. Recently some of the leaves have begun turning a pink-orange color while the veins remain green. Could this be from overwatering? We have had too much rain lately. Is it safe to add supplements this late in the game while it is flowering?

Also, could someone please help me eyeball the buds to estimate how much grow time it has left? I haven't gotten ahold of a microscope so could use an expert opinion. Thanks!!
