Does anyone know what this might be?

These plants are looking very full but there seems to be something going on with the small brown patches on the leaves. Any input will be greatly appreciated. I have been misting them with water with the lights on at times???

Looks like a phosphorous deficiency to me.

Misting from water can cause burn, where the water magnifies the light... I know that's a fact with HPS. LED not so much.

In your case it looks like a deficiency to me. I was juggling Phosphorous or Manganese.... but the latter is a micro that is less likely to be deficient. Bernie seems to agree, and I will have to second that to.
