Does size matter??? With seeds i mean :)

I have recently bought a 5 pack of gh cheese and have noticed 3 of them are much smaller than the other 2. My question being, Will the smaller seeds produce smaller/weaker plants??

iv had very few fat chunky seeds fail on me
