Does this look like light toxicity?

under a 1000 watt hps about 12 inches away or so just wondering what you guys think the temps are fine right about 81 to 82 I might just be being paranoid not sure the bud development looks good tho they are day 19 flower critical kush

Yeah it looks like it, for a light that strong you need it at least 2 feet above the canopy.
