7 Plants growing in dirt, this problem is only affecting this one.
Temps are 78, ph @ 7.0

week 4 of flower.

Light- 2 - 600watt hps 16"/18" above canopy.
Water- rural water, drawn from tap a minimum of 3 days prior. @ 1 gallon every 3rd. day.
Nutes- Foxfarm trio.

Is it the ladie directly under the light? I concur with mike
Yes this plant is directly under the light 16"/18" above canopy.

It's definitely not N def. Looks like heat stress, maybe compounded by too little humidity.
Humidity with lights on @ 42% / lights out is between 52%-57%
Think I will switch it out so it's not directly under the light.

What kind of soil are you in?
Did you add any lime to the soil?
Can you take a pic with the hps off?

50% Happy Frog
50% Roots Organic
Added perlite & Dolomite Lime

I'm on my way to take some new pictures with the light out, have them up in a minute.
