Does this lookl like nute burn?

Does it look like this is nute burn? Also should I give them nutes every time I water in soil or or rotate and give them nutes once and then plain water the next time and rotate? This are also two different plants. These are my best looking ones.haha..I just cannot get it right this time my second grow. My water is PH'd too.
