No, that's how new growth tends to come in. Check a thermometer for temp concerns. Leaf tips and edges curling upward is a sign of too much heat but that isn't what is happening here.

Outdoor plants can handle much higher temps than indoor plants when mature, but I would be careful with a seedling and give her some afternoon shade until her roots come in a bit more.
