That will work for now but you will wanna invest in some type of light, if you have around 75 bucks you can go to home depot and get a 250 watt hps light which will work perfect for ya. As she gets a little bigger your gonna wanna move your light closer or she will stretch right out which you don't want.

about 6 inches away and if you have a fan put a light breeze on her and that strengthen up the stem

I'd put a 12W around 2 inches away, not 6. When the plant grows 2-3 nodes I'd actually let it grow on the light as it shouldn't burn the plant and the light isn't effective at over 2 inches for a somewhat mature plant.

You plant looks like a seedling and you look like you could use some rest.

In my garden(s) everything needs to follow 2 rules:
1. the yield should cover the keeping costs, even if it sentimental.
2. the plant has to have the will to live more than the will I have for it to do so.
If something doesn't WANT to survive, I don't make it.
Marijuana is still in my garden.

You could actually grow a succesful plant by mixing equal parts of potting soil, proper quality compost and perlite in a 5 gallon bucket with a few drainage holes drilled in the bottom and just water the plant with tap water when the bucket becomes light when you lift it.
Give it full sun from the start and thats pretty much it.

Starting the seeds indoor and building up their light tollerance is better of course but you could start 4-5 seeds in a pot and thin out after 2 weeks to keep ONE healthy seedling.
You could also supplement with sugars at the end of flowering to boost your yield a little.

People sure get better results with more complex systems (I run a pretty complex system myself) but work your way from the basics and keep in mind - as long as you give it water when it needs it and you didn't horribly fuck up the medium it will grow somewhat well.

Cheers.

Looks like a healthy recently popped seedling. Good luck with it! Keep the flouro about 2 inches away and you should be good.
