Does this seedling look ok for 2 weeks old?

Hey guys still just wanna know from you guys experience if this plant is doing ok for 2 weeks old from seed. I think the growth is a little bit slow because i rely on outdoor sun and its been very cloudy ever since the seedling sprouted. I usually leave it outside from about 6am-1pm and finish it off indoors under a 6500k flourescent light till 10pm. I never let rainwater get into this pot and water about 45ml of de-chlorinated tap water ph to around 6.5. I always let the plant dry out for about 3 days and mantain the water level according to how the soil looks and how heavy the pot feels.

Humidity: 75-80%
Peak Temperature around midday : 30c
Water : 45ml chlorine free tap water ph to 6.5
Light : Natural sunlight for half day and finished with 6500k cfl 16/8 schedule.
Nutrients: Peat moss soil with perlite, worm castings and gaia green 4-4-4 all purpose.

Periodic times of direct sunlight as its been cloudy and rainy almost everyday. Whenever the sun gets to extreme or the rain starts to fall i bring her inside under a 6500k floruscent tube placed 1 ft away. Usually is about 8 hrs sunlight and 6hrs indoors.
