Does this seem like a good schedule to follow?

So I got a full line of "general hydroponics" nutrients and am just wondering if there feeding cycle would be good to follow or not, to me it seems like a bit much but I'm no expert on fertilizers, hell, I hardly know a thing about them, that's why I'm here I guess lol. Here is the bottles and whats all in them, (NPK ratios) fertz.jpg fertzzz.jpg

And then this is the feeding they recommend.

To me it seems like a bit much, what do you guys think about it? If its wrong. What feeding schedule should I use instead. Thanks in advance!

Start out with half the strength then work up to the recommended dosage adjust as necessary

Dont even think about following any formula or chart the company gave you. You want the best results? Buy a ppm meter and read that. And read the plant. If shes yellowing more food, if shes starting to claw or the leaf tips are burning slow down and flush. Also if your growing in soil its the soil that grows the plants, nutrients just help it along. If your in soiless then its the nutrients that grow the plants but still keep em under control.

I use the same series when I run my flood and drain,, I used the schedule on the back of the bottle,, and had no problems,, and like don said, half streigth at first when their young,, after awhile I tweaked it and dropped the flora grow during the last half of flowering

I didnt notice it was a hydro line. And a pretty reliable one at that. Theyve been around forever. Nice to know that their chart works though. Thanks for the heads up.

Nada prob,, i used my well water and had to adjust the ph every four day,, something about the well water made the ph climb,, so I just adjusted to 5ish and by the fourth day I was sittin at 6.5ish

Well like i was saying before. Soil already has food in it. Soiless medium like promix, or coco coir has no food in it. So you need to feed it all the time. Where soil you only have to feed every second or third watering. Hydro also needs food all the time and usually at higher feed rates than soil or soiless. And really i dont care what anyone says, why would you go from 5ml/litre to 10ml/litre like how the feed charts read. Its much better to throw thise out...well use them for a guide, but start low ppms and then slowly work up to high ppms. And yes thats the right kind of ppm meter. You just have to be careful because those may not be waterproof. Or may not be able to be calibrated, idk though i didnt look close enough. I had a 12 dollar one at first and now i have a truncheon. 5yr warrenty and totally waterproof. And i also have a continuous read one too, with a probe that stays in my rez. Thats my fav. If you do buy a chepo one try to get the calibration solution too. Cause they wander sometimes and i burnt my plants once because of it. ;)
