They are gnats not fly's. If you can't find the organocide, use something designed for fruits and vegtables.

that mix will kill all life in your soil, so bad idea dude.
HA HA HA HA

I PUT 1 TO 2 CAPFULLS PER GALLON ONCE A WEEK FOR GOING ON 9 WEEKS AND AH..... LOOK DEAD TO YOU?

Now I am not saying that the H2O2 does not harm good micro organisms, but it airs the roots and keeps fungi and such out!

question of how diluted the H2O2 is, if you use household 5% one and dilute it once more to .005-.0005% it won't corrode the root much but stronger solutions will. and if it can kill fungi and mold in your medium it sure will kill the useful bags and fungi strains too. funguses are important in the N cycle in soil so you really should kill those.

I use 3 % H2O2 (diluted) and love the results

was that suppose to be shouldn't kill those??

I use H202 also but am using liquid ferts in soil. Doesnt matter if all life killed. Seems to work well.

again, thanks for everyones imput, i value it muchly. ive gotten some hydo-peroxide from the ole pharmacy and have added a half capful (peroxide cap) into a 4l milk jug full o distilled water, shaken the shit out of it for mixing and am waiting untill the 8th (every six days i water her, sometimes more because we had a +30C heat wave and my apt is nuclear hot). i gots me some frozen water bottles beind the 2 fans in my room, but when its litteraly +26C outside, its hard to keep the apt cool.

Yeah I use 1 cap HP per every gal water I use, hasnt hurt mine
I dunno about killing fungus gnats cuz I cant keep em out, but it dissolves dead tissue and oxygenates your roots.
