On one hand I could say weed helps everything on the other hand it may cause you to concentrate more on the pain than needed. Being a guy I could not advise but I would think being stoned would ease the pain a bit

haha did you know that way back when, before it was even thought of as legal or illegal, tribes and royals would use marijuana specifically for releaving menstral cramps. I believe Queen Elizabeth was one know royal...
