Yes big dif regarding service dogs, but even here the service dog thing has gotten out of hand. Folks just slap the vest on the dog or ferret or what ever and it's so obvi the pet is NOT a genuine service animal. I've seen it get ugly when these idiots are asked by the store manager for the papers on the service animal. They don't produce them and then become belligerent. (as the "service animal" is running amok all over the place. Most service animals have a very calm demeanor as they are in "work" mode. These phonie owners and their animals are anything but. I'm waiting for one to take a shit on the floor and have the owner explain that.

Around here, nobody questions the legitimacy of service animals. Probably not wanting bad publicity. I'm not sure there is anyplace "official" that regulates them. Just send in your $xxx fee to get a "permit". I personally don't mind a WELL mannered dog anywhere.
i dont mind dogs in pet stores, and the dog at the bank well it was a blizzard out that day and the owner was clearly walking tio the bank the dog was small and well mannered and the bank people didnt seem to mind , i think he was a regular bank visitor witht he dog every month ahah

I would bite the owner. Or punch them in the face and ask them if they learned anything, if they say no, repeat until they get the point.
