I hate to say it because they're only CFL's, but the affected leaves appear to be directly under the bulbs.
Aside from that, it looks like BAD P def., or some K, like I got when mine were out in the cold, but the lockout wasn't selective like that, so I would lean towards the light for some reason.

It looks like a P deficiency. I had the same problem on some of my young plants, thought it was nute burn at first but as the dark greyish spots got bigger, I added more of my phosphorous rich nutes and the problem was resolved. Especially in flowering, it's going to be eating up that P fast!

Wow thats wierd looks like it could be a bizarre combintation of P K mag and zink def maybe even iron never seen that before

what kind of nutes are you using

other then that they look beautiful what is that? nice genos

its only the top affected from the top to about 5 inches down all the stuff below that is nice and green no spots

Are you using an ozone generator by chance?

It almost looks like ozone damage, if it is not in fact a nutrient deficiency.
If this is the case, way to fix it would be to move it farther from the plants.

don't suppose it's overwatering or a pH problem? I would have acually guessed at K deficiency, but people already said that...
