Go grab some clamp lights (http://www.lowes.com/pd_203213-1373-FL-300NPDQ12_4294857041__?productId=3122291&Ns=p_product_avg_rating|1&pl=1¤tURL=%3FNs%3Dp_product_avg_rating%7C1&facetInfo=) and some more CFL's. I can't see your entire setup but until you get some good concentrated lumens focused down on her, she will keep on stretching.

its stretched cause my light was so far from it i got it fixed now i got 200w on it and a fan for vent

if u want wait another couple day and replant it to the neck, or so. or throw some more soil around it.
