Double Cabinet Hydro Grow - Need your advice on lighting ... and everything !

Hi Guys ! Got plenty of question for you masters of green !

I just bought 2 metal cabinet 36''x18''x31'' high and 36''x18''x50'' only cost me 100$ second hand.

Setup will be hydro, DWC with dripping (based on supercloset), is this that good ? It's so easy to make !

I want to have something continuous. Do i really need the mother room ? ? Can't i take clones from new plants before i put them in flowering room ? My Veg room will be 31'' high, so they won't be so small.

I was thinking about a 300W CFL with a reflector for flowering and a series of fluorenscent tube in the veg room.
I could also get a smal 250W or 300W HPS, i think there's some with the balast integrated. But i'm worried about the temperature, not sure i want to mess with that. Would prefer the CFL, even if i have to had 2-3 T5 on the side.

Plants wize ... 12 ? or just 4 and Scrog ?

Do i need a carbon filter in the veg room ? White car paint, well buffed, that should be really reflective no ? I was told not to use foil, cause it wont reflect in a straight line ?

What kind of yield should i expect, should i use autoflowering ? If so, can i let the light up 24/7 ? I normally smoke 50/50 mix indica sativa.

you could do what i do, take your hps ballast and extend the wires and mount it outside the grow area. a cool tube would help too. carbon filters only help so much then they clog, exhaust the air somewhere undetectible, or use ona gel, which ive never tried but they say it works.white paint works great. with a 300w hps id say you could probably get a good 2 ounces per plant or more, and yeah dont use foil white paint is enough, if you feel like you need more reflection use mylar .ive never had an auto flower but if i tried it i would probably just treat it like a normal plant and veg, then bloom but thats just me. let me know if any of this helps
