Drip Irrigation Flow rate

I am getting the following Drip Irrigation System, the hope is for both Auto watering and Auto Feeding nutes.



My question is what should I set the flow rate to for both plain water and Nutes? It can be adjusted from 5ml/hour all the way up to 250ml/hour. I have ADHD and Fibro Fog from Fibromyalagia, so I have the memory of a goldfish, and trust me, without an auto system in place I will forget to both water and feed. It sucks, but its the hand I was dealt.

Mix nutrient water, fill bags, adjust to where pots aren't soaking wet and peeing out water and go from there. Let the plants tell you how much water, because there are too many variables including some plants drink more than others, grow medium (coco, peat, verm, hydroton, rockwool etc), sooo I would just set them to where its not flooding the pot but also never going dry. I feel like a better system for this style of watering would be Trompf Blumats.
