Drip system Problem Need help please

Here's my dilemma fellow tokers and growers and im all outta highdeas! I have a 55gal res. 4 airstones/great pump with a nylon bag ziptied around in to keep the lines clean (im using ALL Roots Organic nutrients) with a couple additives here and their like Humic and sense cal.
I cant seem to get a properly working drip system while using organic nutrients (im thinking the nutes too thick) I've tried 1/2gph droppers, soaker hoses, and 2 different size tubing, the smallest and then the 1/4inch tubing. if theirs no dripper or plug the water spews on out but will NOT drip if their on, ive tried MANY different brands and types of drippers all same result. My next theory is to get a ball valve and just control the pressure of the water flowing out the 1/4inch tube and set the tube near the stalk of the plant....

Here is a picture of my nutrients2012-11-12_21-11-04_350.jpg2012-11-12_21-11-10_287.jpg i am at the end of my 2nd week of flowering, i Have already begun using roots organic nutrients. My 2nd question is If it is too late to switch to a synthetic nutrients line like Flora or Canna. The reason behind that would be to eliminate my drip system clogging problem. Ultimately i just want to get my watering on a regular schedule where i can just monitor it instead of water it manually and suck the water out with a vacuum etc....i hope i wasnt confusing! any help would be great....also one more thing! my outside garden hose water ppm is like 700 and ph 8.2. i havent been using it but was wondering could i or do i risk nute lockup cause the ppm is so high. but if its high due to ca and mg then i dont see it being a problem? ive been using Ro'd water
Check out my roots too from my Ez Cloner too. All of them have rooted! and look healthy! should i clip any thing from the top or just let em keep bushing on out =) View attachment 2408253View attachment 2408254View attachment 2408255View attachment 2408256

drip systems are designed to irrigate with water, not hydroponic solution. it wont matter if your using chem or organic nutes, the nozzles will clog. drip nozzles even clog when using plain water.... with a 55 gal res, you need to try flooded tubes, or deep water culture, or flood and drain tables. a drip system, just wont cut it when using nutes.
however.. you COULD incorporate a manifold like this:

then, u could run 1/4 line to each plant site, with no drip nozzle, and regulate the flow using the valves on the manifold. it will take an hour or 2 to get it dialed in... but it works very well.

thats pretty much what ive been doing except manually is i timed how long it takes to fill a gallon and wattered each plant that amount of time. but that manifold may be what i need! would that be the same concept as incorporating that ball valve? that would enable me to control the pressure of the water flowing out of the pump!

i was asking about switching to a sythetic brand just based upon the four part factor. its a bit easier to follow. with the roots organic its hard (for me) to really figure out how much npk im really getting due to it being organic. im just not sure if im ready to risk my whole garden....i am sure i could do well with if i followed the master feeding schedule by roots but even then i feel like thats not right.....i have mixed and canned subcools supersoil! i am excited to use it when it is ready!

im a big fan of the less nutes, the better. i use one compound for veg, and one compound for flower. ive even ran 20-20-20 for an entire grow and couldnt really notice any major differences besides alot of secondary leaves to trim.

that is interesting you say that. because i when i ordered the line of roots organic i literally was debating on if i should just order the Buddha grow and Buddha bloom and just run that the entire cycle. but since i had the available funds i went ahead and purchased the whole line....maybe i will just stick with the master feeding schedule...im sure their are people out there waiting to know how it goes! http://www.aurorainnovations.org/Aurora_MasterFeedingSchedule.pdf their is also the regular feeding schedule which makes me reconsider your comment "Less nutes" and good ol saying "less is more" http://www.aurorainnovations.org/Aurora_RootsOrganicsFeedingSchedule.pdf
