Never tried it but it sounds a lot like Super-thrive promises
SNAKE OIL
If it just conditions the soil I guess it is fine but I see no info it is a complete nutrient for the plant just the soil

I don’t consider 4-2-0 perfect for growing weed either maybe fruit trees
