Drooping leaves, slight nute burn?

My plant had a good start, and went through a rough transplant about halfway through its life, but since then its done really good. It's about six weeks old, grown from bagseed. I don't know if its female yet but I was planning I putting it into flowering this week. At 2 weeks I transplanted to a larger pot and it did not go smoothly to say the least. It took about 10 days to recover with minimal growth so that's why its a bit small for 6 weeks. I started feeding 1/2 strength fox farm grow big every other watering about 20 days ago, which it seemed to love. I gave it a little bit stronger of a mix and it started to get very small yellow spots on random spots on the fan leaves.

I gave it just water today and I'm not going to give it any nutes for the next couple waterings. But my main concern has been pH. I have not had a meter and I'm positive this is whats causing the tips of the leaves to slightly warp. I use distilled water but I realized since I've been adding the nutes the pH must be going down a fair amount. I'm going to buy a ph meter and some ph up&down as soon as possible.

So I had these problems basically already figured out, but today my plants top leaves are extremely droopy. They look awful. I hadn't watered them for 3 days and soil felt almost completely dry. I figured they were under watered since before the last watering it wasn't watered for 5 days. I gave it a liter of water, the bottom leaves perked up but the top leaves seemed to completely drop down and they feel dry ?

Humidity is between 20-60 up and down. Heat at 86 (kind of hot I know) 2 6500k 23w x 4 2700k 13w x 1 5500k 23w

my plant has had a few problems but it just looks really bad today for some reason

It's not over fert I'd think u r lacking in p k probly lockout due to unknown ph try pool test kit from Walmart least it will give u intake ph n run off ph if unable to ph test water give 50/50 veg flower with folic acid it buffers ph slightly and also nutes to be absorbzoned ph is off to some degree mix n u will see diff in days if not less also h202 is must in any medium extra o2 at root zone outways lose of 1% organic material also this could be coaused by rootbound those pots are small n cant hold the water that plant could need

What type of nutes/dirt you using? Your plant looks really out of wack
So you don't have ph or ppm meters? You need to go to skhool to learn~
