Drooping Leaves???

Strain: Purple Eurkle
Light: 1000 HPS air cooled hood
Medium: Fox Farm Ocean Forest/Perlite
Nutes: General Hydroponics Flora Nova Series
Pot: 7 gallon
Room: 4x6x8

I just switched my light from 600 watts to 1000 watts yesterday and I just watered today. Leaves looked fine when I first turned on the lights. Pots were light and felt like she was thirsty. What would cause the leaves to droop this much within a couple of hours? Too much water? Too much light?

You say the pots felt light, nut you don't say if you watered them or not.
Water them, and I bet they'll perk up within a couple hours.
Be careful for the first few days, to notice how or if the new light causes a change in your watering needs.

I watered then shortly after they started droopin

Also if you watered them they might be full of water which also causes the leaves to droop. Just give them time and they'll be back.

She perked back up. I just got worried cuz I haven't seen her get that droopy. Guess she was just thirsty. Thanks for the help

Both ,the watering droops the leaves because there isn't much air left in soil (use more perlite) ,and the almost doubling of light intensity is stressing it (untill it adjusts) . Reduce watering and raise light alittle.
