droopy and yellow seedlings

This is my first grow and not sure what my issue is looking for some advice. I have two plants and one of them is getting droopy leaves and turning yellow. I woke up this morning to the leaves starting to droop a bit, it is now night time and they are very droopy and turning yellow. They are 10days old not sure if this is due to under watering or over watering or possibly something else.
I am growing in an organic soil with two 200w cfls temp stays in 65-72 range humidity at 30%

It looks like over watering ,the rw cube makes it worse holding water for too long, next time use jiffys or start right in the medium, seed raising mix, coco etc. They dont like the organic soil your using. The ones that look sick are as good as dead, start again instead of flogging a dead horse.

you might want to add some more soil to cover your rapid rooters and get some roots going on all of that exposed stem.

How did it turn out mine is similar

advanced nute burn ...time to restart this time not so hot a soil..?
