at 3-4 weeks, it should be in a larger container and getting near full strength nutes. droop is usually caused by too much water, or not enough. your plant is probably permanently stunted by being left in that little cup too long.

Do you see roots around the side of that clear cup it is in??? If not then that container is NOT too small for it. I specifically put my clones (once rooted) into those clear dixie cups so that I can see once the roots are starting to wrap around the cup...then I will transplant into a bigger container.

It looks like the lady is just growing a little slow for the time you have said it has been growing.

What kind of lights are you using? If they are flourescent, they need to be really close to the plant or it will grow very slowly and stretch out. I don't see any roots in your picture either, so I don't think it's the container. What kind of soil are you using? It looks a little yellow like it is either overwatered or needs nitrogen.

:weed:see a couple things wrong bro first like people said you DONT need to transplant till you see roots around the sides of your clear cup not starting to be around the sides but when they been there for a bit and filling out. nother problem is the clear cup if you are gonna have it in a clear cup wich is cool lots of people do it to see the roots then you need to get another clear cup and duct tape it or something so light doesnt get to ur roots. dont know what kind of lights u are using but im gonna guess cfl's and those need to be 1-2 inches away from your plant light gets real weak real fast from cfls. and for ur droopy leaf looks like ur soil is drenched. do you have drain holes in bottom of your cup. also until i uppot i dont even water my plants i just give them one real good watering and constantly mist the soil never leting it dry out. hope this helps gl and happy grow

Thought it was about time someone told you about the covering of the clear cup . Roots like to be in DARK that is why they grow towards gravity , which is down to all the people that dont know which way gravity is lol.
Whats your lighting .
I would put those little plants in 4 inch pots and i Defenetly wouldnt start to feed them just yet as the water leafs havnt fell off yet .
Once them little water leafs fall off then that is the sign to start feeding the plants @ 1/3 strenth or 1/4 .and build up over time to full strenth . Can also see you have no perlite or vermiculite in your soil for ariation . You need to get them stems nice and strong .
Have you been growing them on you window sill .

you're at 3-4 weeks, they need food. you also have 3 alternating internodes, which is another indicator to feed. the cotyledons (water leaves) aren't a good indicator of when to feed. i've had mine stay on for quite some time. clear cups aren't that big of a deal, but you def should have holes in the bottom for drainage. i would also suggest staying away from vermiculite. in soil, the last thing you need is something keeping it wet longer. you actually want it to dry up between waterings/feedings.
